VEG HEAVEN. THE FOOD IS SO GOOD AND SO FRESH!! We are going back today to get bowls for family coming into town for a wedding... so they have healthy yum options for hotel lunch. We had the Smoky Roots on mixed greens - we added tofu & broccoli. It wasabsolute deliciousness AND the bit leftover was still fab the next day. Excellent customer service. Beautifully prepared food. Very filling (with the brown rice that i got at least). The employees... were super sweet to me and talked me through the options and what I was feeling today. (6/13) the self ordering kiosk is veryvery easy to use too. Loved it! Truly plant based (with options to add chicken, tofu) and delicious. The bowls may seem like just another bowl, but every... ingredient is so well thought out and the components are quality. I got the painted hills and everything just works together fora perfect bite - I especially loved the charred pineapple in this! The bowls are also a very large portion - definitely worth itfor the price. You can customize the bowls and choose your base which is nice too. This is definitely going to be on my mainrotation and I recommend everyone come and try this! There?s not a lot of seating - two small tables for two outside and a fewseats on a high top inside. No joke when taking my first bite of their bowl I said ?wow this feels so good and vibrant to eat!? The combinations are so... delicious, just wish there was one closer to where I live :) currently I get 2-3 bowls to go at a time since they keep great inthe fridge for a day or two. Two of the most delicious and well balanced salads I?ve ever had. Every ingredient felt and tasted fresh. I appreciate the fact... that the options are pre-thought-out creations rather than being build-your-own by default ? you can tell that the head cheftook time and intention when designing the menu offerings. Although you absolutely CAN build you own salad if you wouldlike! The space is very small, but it is bright with tall ceilings so they do the best with what they have. It feels good inthere but don?t expect anything more than a bar for seating. I recommend this place not only for vegetarians and vegans, butfor anyone that wants a delicious and wholesome meal.
