A nice and cool retro style place that serves pizzas. We ordered some slices to-go on our stop through the area and the slices... were awesome. The person at the counter was courteous and nice to talk to. He mentioned that the place has been in businesssince the 1980's. This was apparent in the retro cash register they were using, which definitely looked like from the 1980's!!! Read more

Old fashioned place and you can see how pizza makers play dough and toss it and friendly cashier. But pizza was below my... expectations! Crust was thin but not crispy and toppings were so greasy! Maybe next time. For now just 3??. Read more

Good atmosphere, slice was OK. Dough was nice, good balance of crisp and airiness. Cheese was greasy, and sauce could use work... (had a Chef boyardee tang to it). Decent slice if you happen to be walking by Read more

Good authentic slice of NY Pizza in Portland. We all enjoyed, passed the NY flip test. Sauce was a bit spicy for me, and wish... the crust had a bit more flavor. Would return. Read more

Crust was thin, but not too thin. Perfectly crisped on the bottom but still the right amount of chew. Sauce was well seasoned... with a deep but bright flavor. Cheese was ooey and gooey. We had the veggie pizza. Toppings were generous. Every bight wasperfect. Read more

I ate it cold and still pretty good. I like their pizza dough flavor. Pretty good but i don?t know if it?s worth around $5for a... slice. Only because there are too many choices you can have in town for $5-6. I love how the guy makes pizza at the window andthat?s why i wanted to try them. I have noticed that their hygiene is not very good. The guy who makes the pizza dough alsotouches other stuff and make them again and the other guy who works at the counter grabs the pizza with his bare hand when heput them in the oven or put them in a bag to go. I was really surprised that they can get away with that but i came here fromEngland after living a few years there, it didn?t bother me too much lol in England.... or Europe it?s just so normal for themto touch food with their bare hands. Overall, i think i?m glad i tried them and the guys there were pretty sweet and polite :)pizza dough taste pretty good! Would i go back there when i visit Portland again? I don?t think so! Read more
