This is one of my new favorite restaurants! So delicious! Atmosphere is casual or a bit dressed up vibe. Small space, not too... many tables but you can make a reservation to ensure you have one. I didn't and it was fine granted it was 6:30 so kinda earlyfor a Friday night. They have a somewhat limited menu with mostly small dishes so it was nice to order a bunch of those & share.If you like cocktails they've got some really unique ones! Epif is a charming vegan/vegetarian restaurant with a delicious menu and fantastic staff. We?re very lucky to live in a city... that offers all kinds of food but I have yet to try a more delicious vegan menu. And the empanada was one of the best I?ve everhad. But this place is a specialty restaurant, on 28th ave, with limited space and staff. It is important to practice patiencebecause it is well worth the wait. The clean, flavorful, fresh ingredients will leave you feeling happy and full. Not just fullof food, but also with peace and contentment. We love Epif & dine with them every time we're in town. Great vegan food & ambiance. Especially love their empanadas, polenta... with mushrooms(not pictured), their broccoli cream soup & the guava vegan cheescake. The cocktails are always amazing. Quichewas a little gritty for me but had good flavor & was a generous size. Looking forward to dining in with them again soon, onlyhad carry out this visit. Read more
One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Options for vegan & vegetarians for a fancier date night can be hard to find,... even still in Portland, but Epif was incredible.
