Love this place! I lived in Peru in my 20?s and this is the most authentic Peruvian restaurant in PDX. The Aguadito is a go-to... comfort food in my family and I?ll order the salchipapas for my kid when I don?t feel like cooking. Also really enjoy thetallarines verdes and the lomo saltado. These folks know what they?re doing! Read more

I ordered for takeout. Trying to find parking was a pain, the ambiance was blah, and the man who was manning the phone was... asleep when I got there and would not respond to me until the woman working in the kitchen came out to acknowledge me... but theinka roast chicken and lomo saltado were quite good. I wish they used a higher quality/different cut of meat in the lomo soltadoas it was quite sinewy. I will order delivery next time. Read more

El Inka is an absolute gem. We loved the feeling that we went to a family member's home for dinner where the food is the star... and you can tell it is made with love. Mrs. Claudia is the absolute sweetest and the food reflects her joyous and lovingspirit. Don't go here if you're in a hurry or looking for a fancy experience. DO come here if you can patiently wait forincredibly delicious food and service with a smile and maybe a story or two. We ordered and loved: Passion Fruit Juice,Aguadito de Pollo soup, Anticucho, Empanada de Quinua y Zapallo, Empanada de Aji de Gallina, Jalea Mixta, and Lomo Saltado. Thehomemade sauces...Aji Amarillo, Aji Rojo, and Salsa a la Huancaína are just the cherry on top. We will absolutely be back tothis wonderful restaurant to try more dishes. Thank you to Mrs. Claudia for an enjoyable evening! See you soon! Read more

Just plain delicious! I went with the staple which was served with a side of fries and a salad. I also ordered the yucca a la... huancaina, which I?d never had before. Smothered in a sort of cheese sauce, it was a great start to my meal. I recommend you trythat and the purple drink they serve (I called it a Chica Morada ????) Read more
