The bagels and pricing is good, however they do not offer salmon schmear anymore which used to be a highlight of my morning.... Today I ordered a bagel and there was no schmear at all, of course I want cream cheese. Update: Although salmon schmear is nolonger available, the lox is delicious and the bagels are made quickly and professionally. Today my bagel was packaged in a neatbox. The coffee was good. Absolutely horrible service, horrible bagels ( what was left at noon) , and the bagel case was filthy, the counters were full of... crumbs, and I sent an email to Einstein's company and never got a response! Read more
Website says they are open, the door is locked. They put a note on the door that says understaffed. I can understand that and... be patient, but I walked here for NOTHING and am so Hangry! I tried calling but just got a corporate message to check thewebsite. No thanks for nothing. Read more

Unfortunately I couldn't even enter it... First door was locked with a sign saying please use another door ... 2nd door was... locked with no sign... 3rd door was locked too with a sign saying we are closing early because they were understaffed... Therewas an employee sitting right inside 2nd door who didn't care to inform us that doors are locked and they are closed even thoughhe could see us struggling with 3 doors... Read more
The coffee was ok but overpriced for what it was. The staff was nice but seemed a bit out of it most likely due to the woman who... was rambling on to herself about whatever it was she was dealing with in her head. I was mainly there for a door dash pick upand that took forever because they took everyone's order first rather than handing me my pick up real quick. I might try a bagelat some point. ???? Read more
They have Caribou Coffee!!!! The girls were great! Come here for less bitter coffee than you know who. Great usual selection of... breakfast carbs and delicious coffee. Zebra mocha, iced or hot, no whip. Do it! Read more
When did they stop offering those tiny stuffed smearfuls?? Those were my fav part of walking past an Einstein Bros on my way to... work a few years ago & when I went in to relive that? I was sad to not see them on the menu. Read more
