Pulled up and was told line was full. But as the attendant said this, the line moved forward, leaving room for me. Attendant... said it didn?t matter, because she?d already told me the line was full. She then advised that if I joined the line, she wouldadvise the other attendants not to serve me. Good job Dutch. With one idiotic employee you have turned a loyal customer sour. Read more
The employee very rudely refused to take my order because I entered through the ?wrong? entrance (the entrance where my Google... maps led me to). She insisted I go around the entire block in order to service me even though there were no other cars in line,which was so over the top. I instead left and spent my money elsewhere. Read more
Not only did I ask for a large and got a medium, but I get this drink all the time and it tasted nothing like it was supposed... and usually does. An 8 buck drink down the drain. Read more

Love this coffee shop I normally shop around 11pm-5am due to late night work and the 2 gals working always seem upbeat and super... nice to everyone and make the coffee well so it doesn't come out like that burnt flavor you sometimes get. Always a smile ontheir faces always friendly no matter who is working and always able to get in and out except when they are super busy with 8+cars backed up. Read more
Great and generous portion of coffee for the price as compared to the famous coffee chain. The music at the place definitely... wakes you up and everyone is super nice. We also ordered their muffin top, but was disappointed with it. Read more
