Most of the time I don't have problems, but today was super frustrating. While waiting in line and having another 4-5 cars... behind me, the girl taking the orders (I was told her name was Tarin) just chatted with her friend in the car in front of meuntil it was time for the friend to pick up her order, instead of taking other people's orders. I work in retail and understandthat you want to visit with your friends when they come in, but get you work done first. I would've gave 1 star, but the batistaat the window (Pearl) was super sweet and apologetic. You need more Pearls and less Tarins. Read more

More times than not I have great service and get great coffee but it doesn?t matter where you go to there?s always one or two... different locations that have poor customer service and poor quality drinks. Read more
The drive-thru had a good line so we parked and approached the walk up window. The employee was there to take our order with no... waiting, she was friendly, gave suggestions and had us on our way with no wait time. The drinks were awesome. Read more
