Today was my first time coming to Dutch bros. Overall I went because there wasn't a line, I pull in and ask them what milk... options they have and that it's my first time here. They cut the answer short listing the milk they had and then continuingtheir conversation while I was in the clouds about what type of drinks they had (my first time here) It would have bettered theexperience if they actually interacted with me as a customer and not as someone intruding on their 'very important'conversation. Came and left because the line of drive thru was not moving even an inch after 15mins. Some cars got into the wrong line (taking... drink line) and employee came at them first, so we don't have any reason to stay to wait forever. Read more
I pulled in behind someone that all the employee must have known and I had to wait for everyone to finish the meaningless... conversation to get skipped in line and still had to wait a whole 10 min and they still forgot half my order and to top it alloff the young lady that took my order offered to comp my order but the RUDE manager came and said NO I don?t care how long shewaited she had to pay? SO I paid. NO problem with paying but the attitude was unthinkable.. SMH never in a million years I wouldhave thought she?d be so mean and I?m the one who was skipped in line and SHE told me never to come back because I said theservice could have been better? Wonderful dutch staff! I've frequented most all the local dutch shops for both coffee and rebel energy drink blends. They hire... an excellent batch of baristas, always kind, knowledgeable and helpful even when it's about brand new menu opt IP oms. It is atrue rarity a drink order has an error, and o that rare occasion they're quick, efficient and communicative doing so. Love mesome dutch, and keep it up!
