Today was my first time coming to Dutch bros. Overall I went because there wasn't a line, I pull in and ask them what milk... options they have and that it's my first time here. They cut the answer short listing the milk they had and then continuingtheir conversation while I was in the clouds about what type of drinks they had (my first time here) It would have bettered theexperience if they actually interacted with me as a customer and not as someone intruding on their 'very important'conversation. They hire... an excellent batch of baristas, always kind, knowledgeable and helpful even when it's about brand new menu opt IP oms.
