I'll preface my review by saying I always use mobile ordering, however, this time they were not accepting mobile orders. It was... busy, so they were rushing everybody through, and being quite rude about it. This is why I prefer to order ahead and pickup.Also, I noticed the portions were quite a bit smaller than I have had in the past. I guess they got to cut costs somewhere. Read more
Same complaint as most other people on here, but I?d like to say. I have worked in the food service industry & still work in... customer service so I do understand how stressful this job can be. Food is great, I got in and out quick, and I?ve had greatexperiences here before. But today when I came in one of the people working to get the food ready (they have shoulder lengthhair with bleach dyed bottoms) was absolutely rude to me for no reason. I treat food service worker well, I make sure I know myorder before I?m up at the counter, I tip, and I am respectful/understanding. There was no reason for that worker to meet aquestion I had about the food with such hostility & I could tell it made their coworkers uncomfortable. I understand it isstressful, but I did nothing to you and to come in to get lunch during my break from my stressful CS job and have someone be sorude made me almost want to cry. I don?t want to give 1 star because it is just one person & every other experience I?ve had isgreat. Just treat people better, we?re all human. Read more
Oh boy, do I have the urge to give 1 star. The thing is, the service is VERY VERY hit or miss. Sometimes, it?s amazing.... Sometimes, it makes me want to scream. There are certain folks here that really ruin for the ones that work exceptionally hard.So, lots of reviews have conflicting information on this and that?s why. I?ve also never seen someone that appears to be amanager to see what we see when service is poor, which is really unfortunate. At the same time, chipotle as a company has been adisaster over the past two years, somewhat for obvious reasons. This particular chipotle is generally the one that gets a lot ofthe overflow because a lot of other chipotles are not open, so I have some understanding there. This is hands down the worst chipotle o have ever been to. A total of 15 customers in line and one person making food and on... register register, at the same time. The same person preparing food and taking money. But, there were about 7 employees in therestaurant. 3 of them were making online orders, one was stocking random items and one was cooking. I could not believe my eyeswhen I saw the guy make my food and then ring me up and have to change gloves every time to make the next persons food. And totop it all off, they were out of white rice. Some of the employees that work here clearly don?t understand what customer service is or have any idea when there?s customers... waiting in line. I came in to order a burrito and was the only person waiting in line while all of the employees were too busydoing other things and didn?t bother to acknowledge that I was waiting the whole time. The least they could do is politely letme know that they will be with me soon. That?s all they really need to do instead of making customers feel ignored! Read more
Lots of reviews about poor service, but it was totally fine when I was there in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The guy put a ton of... toppings on my tacos, which is always great. Maybe a little hard to hear due to the kitchen noise. Lots of seating. Overall,completely normal Chipotle experience. Read more
