Apparently the night manager wants to now to charge 35 cents for extra bbq sauce. That is not mentioned any where on the menu... or no notice put up any where at the location if you do not order fries you are force to pay for sauce. Plus the night mangerneeds to be retrained to understand costumer service. It will benefit this location highly not to have her on staff since shedoes not seem understand how to do basic costumer service or help her employees out. Like example: I will give 1 sauce this timebut next time you must pay. I would have worked with that but instead I recieved wannabe manager who has inflated ego statingI'm "manager" now and I charge for sauce. That is how you make women managers look bad and give horrible costumer service. Read more

The employees are very friendly, which makes a huge difference in classic chain stores where the food generally tastes the same... no matter where you go. My favorite things to order here are their Beyond beef items, and the classic Famous Stars. The onionrings are delicious, and my husband is infatuated with their chris-cut fries. If you dine in, be sure to get a fountain drink.Their soda machines give you a lot of options that are a joy after the standard five choices everywhere else. Read more

We got the sourdough star and it was the worse sandwich I have ever eaten. The meat was paper thin, hardly any sauce on the... bun and the bread was soft and wet. The thousand island dressing was the only thing that had any favor. I will never go back. Read more

The manager at this Carl?s Jr. used to work at another one right next to where I lived. The fan is dedicated to his job and he... does it well and I have to say that his restaurants are above average for sure. I would go out of my way to go to this one asopposed to a different one Read more

Two times now I've asked to substitute onion rings for the French fries in a combo. Both times I've received fries. Guess I'll... start going to a different Carl Jr. so I can get what I ask for. Read more

The drive thru is not open 24 hours, I was excited for any kind of hot food I didn't have to make myself after working until... 3am, but no such luck on this Tuesday morning. Hope their workers aren't being stretched! (Mickey D's burgers are too dry formy liking, I am aware there's one right across the street going full tilt) Read more

I order two #7 double from the Carl?s Jr. on 102nd in portland, Or one with no tomato?s and the other one no onions. When I got... the food I asked the manager ( he was the one that took the order) which one was what ? He said the one with the special stickerwas the one with no tomato?s and the other one no onions. I get to my home in Vancouver, washington open my food the one thatsupposed to have no onions and it has onions. I call the person that had no tomato?s thinking the orders was switched and theysaid no the have onions and no tomatoes. So I call and ask to speak to the manager and he is the one that answered. He knewexactly who I was and knew my order even repeated it back to me. I told him both of the burgers had onion so he asked me tobring the food back and he would make a new one or give me my money back . I explained to him I live in Vancover and I will notbe coming back . He said there?s nothing he can do without the food so I told him I will just toss it but please know if I wouldhave never looked and just took a bite I could have died. I am highly allergic to onions (documented in my medical records and Icarry a EpiPen). He then asked for the order number and looked up the order. I am looking at the receipt and I see that it wasthe manager that messed up my order because the receipt on the second order was just a #7. But he knew I told him no Onions. Heonce again asked me to bring the food back so I reminded him once again that I live in Vancouver and I was not coming back andhad to toss the food out. So now I am out of my money I could have died and the manager did nothing to resolve his mistake. Thanks Read more
