Reviews for Cafe Yumm! (PSU Rec Center) in Portland, OR

The quality at the two Cafe Yumm in Portland have declined drastically in the past two years. They served me a Yumm Baby bowl... withlut any of their famous Yumm! sauce, they did not give a receipt, and I wanted to eat in but they gave it to go. The one inthe Lloyd District is worse because it never seems to be open, they are always closing early due to staff shortage. Its a shameto see sich a great fast food restaurant decline in the past few years. Read more

I love Cafe Yumm and have been coming here for years, even during lockdown when most people worked from home. Unfortunately,... this is the 2nd time I ordered the Yumm and greens and it didn't come with chips. I'm not very happy about this lack to ATD.Please make me want to come back again...and my bad for not checking the stapled shut bag :( Read more

Ordered a bowl with the toppings on it and what I got with it was very soupy/watery/grease which didn't sit well with the items... in the bowl. Couldn't really get a chance to properly enjoy the bowl. Read more

Don't get the quesadilla. The photo looks fine, but these looks are VERY decieving. Think of your first attempt at a quesadilla:... hardly melted, thick, cheddar cheese. There's this weird off-putting, oily taste. Theres no salt or spices, just overwhelmingbad cheddar cheese that ruins everything. First bite, I immediately got that taste. Awful quesadilla. And for $12?!?! The"chunky subs" food cart on 4th Ave has much a better and bigger quesadilla for almost half the price. Also, the bowls are justrice and beans with a little bit of added cheese, meat, and overpriced toppings... Nothing that justifies the price . Read more

I have ordered the smoky plate and I really liked how simple and healthy it was. I got my order wrong at first time but the lady... working there fixed the issue and replaced it very quickly with all the respect. The dining in area was quite, but I think itwas like that because it was Sunday. Will revisit this place again in the future and wish they will solve the smelly air outsidethe restaurant. Read more
