They have a sign on the door saying they close @ 4pm today. I was there @ 3:49pm and the doors were already locked. There were... staff inside whom saw me knocking and continued to ignore me. This is terrible customer service. You can at least acknowledgeyour customers. All I needed was a gift card. Read more

They substituted 2 out of my 4 items without asking. The items that were substituted tasted old and the others weren't that... great, either. I've eaten at plenty of Cafe Yumm!s that were delicious but cannot recommend this particular one. Read more

I scheduled an order through Uber Eats. I paid $23 for this! They did not include the chicken or cookie that I paid for. I... called them and no answer. Uber did not refund me for it, as there was no way to refund the add-on items without refunding thewhole thing. I hope they will resolve this and pay better attention to customer orders in the future. Read more

Expect a half full bowl. Large will be overflowing and medium will be inadequate, more like a small. Haven't taken a bite. Just... mixed the stuff to show that they didn't even add yumm sauce. Tired of this normal experience. Read more

Just a small insight into how good the food is here! I had to make 3 trips out to my car after my small trip to Cafe Yumm. First... I brought in the food. Then I carried in the groceries and some bud. By the time I was done unloading the car, (about 3 minutes)all the food was gone, even my portion! Naturally, nobody was fessing up! It is a cute, spacious place conveniently located right by the bus stop. The servers were attentive and got our orders just... right. We got the Hot n Jazzy spicy bowl, Tofu bento plate, with a chocolate chip cookie. I loved the bowl, it was just theperfect level of spicy and very fulfilling.
