Brisket was a bit dry but extremely tender and full of flavor. The pork ribs were tender and delicious. The Mac and cheese is... more of a cold Mac salad but with cheese sauce. BBQ beans were great and serve your own drinks allows you to customize yourbeverage as you wish. They serve a few cans and bottles of beer and cider if interested and the chilled stuffed jalapenosseemed old but still had some flavor. There is pretty good BBQ in Portland and the surrounding areas now. I got the $20 brisket dinner and $15 link dinner to share... with my four yo nephew. Cumulatively, it came with four tiny sides. In comparison to other BBQ spots, the portions were waysmaller, the price was the same, the food came out not hot, and the taste wasn?t as good. The service was fast but not friendlyat all. Came here expecting to spend a lot of money, payed around 32 dollars for 2 lunch plates not bad really, the place itself is... kinda dated "atmosphere" but the service is friendly an quick the beef ribs ate big and hearty I had 2 and they were deliciousthe fries were kinda grease but ok my girl had baby back ribs and she said they were ok overall the place is ok just"ok" cleanrestrooms good parking,the saloon is ok too and theres slots too. We have loved busters barbecue for years. I always said that I?ve never had a bad meal there. Well things have changed. First of... all, I overlooked the rude man at the meat station. And now that I see the prices, I overlooked being overcharged for our meals.And then we sat down to eat, and none of it was edible, the brisket was over cooked and dried out, And the ribs were overcookedand dried up. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes, were nasty not even edible. I?m very disappointed, this was my favorite place toeat, and now it isn?t. I?ve told dozens of people over the years, That busters is the best barbecue in town, well things change.I?ll pay the extra amount to go to Dave?s famous barbecue. Came here for the southern barbecue. My friend told me this is the best southern barbecue in Portland , and he was right!!!
