It's a shame they removed the black bean burger from the menu, so when I asked for it, and received a beyond burger instead... ????, I was more than upset. Not only that but they needlessly replaced the cheese with "plant based cheese" which nobody askedfor. I won't be returning again. Read more

A great Burgerville location. Drive thru can get a little backed up, but all the food was hot, fresh and tasty. Always a treat... to stop by on occasion and I love their seasonal menu items (shout out for the pumpkin shake right now and sweet potato fries!) Read more
My order came to $14.83 & I handed the cashier $20.83. She tried to hand me back 4 dollars & some change. SMH I told her she... owed me 6 bucks to her honesty though for at least admitting she tried to figure it out in her head. S M H, oh my were in for awild ride peeps ???? Read more
Considering how many orders this location has made incorrectly, one would think I?d know better than to order again. But alas,... here I am, having ordered through UberEats, and once again, receiving an incomplete order. All UberEats gave was a $5 CREDIT,not a refund. Despite being expensive for a fast food joint, there seems to be a non-existent requirement for basic literacy inemployees, because the odds are greater that I?ll received an incomplete order than an order that comes with the bare minimum ofwhat?s listed on their menu. But, at this point I should just cut my losses with this business and never give them my moneyagain. Read more
Slowest service for ?fast food? I?ve ever received. I had people waiting for me in the parking lot and all I ordered was a... single cheeseburger and I stood there for a good 15 minutes easy. Also staff was rude and disinterested during the wholeexperience. And this is one of the fast food chains that now asks for tips awkwardly every time you check out, even though theirservice is just as bad as any other fast food restaurants. My online order got picked up by someone else by mistake. The counter server was able to get my turkey burger remade quickly.... They are always nice and patient. Good food too! Read more
