They've forgotten to add whole burgers that were paid for to the drive through bag multiple times. Their drive through says it... supports bikes as well but nobody watches the line so if their equipment doesn't pick you up then you can sit there for 45+minutes. Always check to see that you got what you ordered here. Read more

Shake machine broke down ???? - Follow-up: Was contacted by Burgerville who apologized and invited me to contact them so they... could make it up to me. Well done Burgerville! Thanks for paying attention and caring. We had guests in from out of town whowanted the best milkshake in town. I took them to Burgerville (of course) only to be let down. :( Hoping for better luck nexttime. Read more

Love this place! Fresh and local ingredients made to order. I get the NW Cheeseburger with a gluten free bun, fries and a shake.... Totally awesome every time. I also deliver for them and they are always fast getting the customers orders out to me. The staffare clean, friendly and professional. Read more

Went inside and there was plenty space to social distance, the tables were clean, the staff friendly, and the food delicious!... Bonus points, I did not know there was a coconut option to the milkshakes and sundaes. Very grateful for this option because wecan't digest the milk well. We had onion rings, chicken strips, fish, and fries. Everything was fresh, hot, and yummy! Read more

I order small fries. They gave me large. I ordered large strawberry lemonade. They put a lot ice. 60%. I should have said no... ice. They lady asked me if I want any sauce. I said I never been here before. She named all the sauces they had. She didn?t tellme you had to pay for them. ??????????? lucky I only ordered one sauce. The lady at the drive-through window said will yougive a tip 15 % or 25%? I said No. she got sad and I paid and left. The fries were all wet and I don?t think I?ll be comingback here again. It wasn?t worth the drive and my time . My hamburger was medium rare :( . I came back a 2nd time August 6. Ihope I don?t get sick. Read more

I have been stuck in this drive-thru for 35 minutes so far. 35 minutes. There were only 5 cars in front of me. If I could escape... this line, I would but alas... I can't. I'm stuck here, in my car, questioning my life's choices. Especially the ones thatbrought me to this god-forsaken drive-thru in the first place. Burgerville is always tasty... but is it "$15 for a drive-thruburger and fries that has now has kept me hostage for 37 minutes tasy"? I don't think so. This particular Burgerville is alwaystaken forever, but this is crazy. I am now waiting at the window because they are confused which order is mine. "You were thebacon cheeseburger and fries right?" FML I was about 45 minutes ago... now I am "I just want my 45 minutes back." P.S. pleasefix the flashing light in the drive thru.Someone is going to have a seizure sitting under a strob light for 45 minutes. Read more

Nice one! I was surprised to see that they forgot to put the burger in the these. To their credit they gave me twice the cheese... though. ** For Lip Service involving a baseball reference, see response below: Read more
