I used to really like Burgerville for its fresh, local food and friendly staff. But my experience at Powell and SE 92nd... yesterday was very disappointing. From the time I gave my order until I was handed my food, 30 minutes had passed. While I waswaiting in my car, I watched a large rat run across the parking lot. At the payment window, the cashier took my money and thenleaned, bored, against the table. No mention of the delay. In fact, the only thing said was, ?it asks you to put in a tip.? (Forthe quick service?) Finally at the last window, where another staff member was chatting with a co-worker, I was handed a bag offood, again with no word about the delay. Everything was in it (halibut, Northwest cheese burger and 2 fries). The fries werewarm (but not hot). The burger was completely cold. And for this, I paid $25, including what felt like mandatory tip. My guessis that they were seriously understaffed in the kitchen, but I don?t know that. At any rate, it was a mess, and I am notinclined to return. Read more

The food tastes good, but I honestly can?t come back here again. The last two times I have come here the wait time was out of... control. I got two milkshakes and waited for 30 minutes. Second time got a regular cheeseburger and a shake and it was 35minutes. Most of the time I was sitting at the window which is awful because I had already paid so I felt trapped. I understandstaffing is hard right now but with 3 cars in line 30+ minutes is unacceptable. Read more

I really don't want to leave this review, but my experience was such that I need to put something out there. I get that... employees are hard to find, but what happened to having a minimum standard for appearance? You might not want to have staff atthe drive through window who have visible dirt on their necks and "stuff" crusted on the corners of their mouth. I don't liketo put people down, but getting handed my food by this person was so unappetizing I couldn't bring myself to eat. And y'all'sfood ain't cheap. Big waste of money. Read more

I got the vegi burger. They had my order, told me my order at the window then told me it would be a while and to park out front... to get my order. Then they said they didn?t put my order in the system when they gave me my burger after about 15 minutes.Everything felt off and I didn?t feel comfortable eating my burger honestly. Got my drink with no straw, and took 8 mins to get my order of hamburger and fries. With no hey we are working on such and such.... Worker just stood with the window closed. Really promoting tips with signs and big buttons on card machines. Food tasted realgood. Read more

I like this location, good food & coconut bliss shakes are yummy! This would be 5 stars but drive-thru is long wait times.
