Food was good as always. We had halibut fish and chips and a crispy chicken sandwich and fries with milkshakes. between the 2 of... us the bill was over $33. But the experience of paying on the card reader with 20 stickers on it telling you how to tip whilethe counter worker watched was uncomfortable. All we did was put in an order at a fast food eatery. I really did not think thatwarranted a tip. I have never seen that at McDonalds, Wendy's or Burger King. Read more

For fast food this feels like a healthier option. The gluten free buns are a good brand, if you want low calorie they can do a... lettuce bun instead. My husband went through the drive thru to order our dinner. He tried to order a milk shake. The person said " no milkshakes... they're too hard with the number of employees here tonight. Ok, I'll order onion rings, no that's too hard, too. He ended upwith two cheese burgers and an order of fish and chips. He then asked the employee to scan his loyalty card. The burger was a swampy mess and the onion rings were somehow burnt and mushy at the same time. The onion fell out of the... breading as I picked it up. It felt like I was holding a biohazard in my hand. The chicken tenders my brother got were alsoburnt but he ate them anyway. My dad was able to eat the sandwich he got, thankfully, but man did he waste his money on thismeal. Read more
Unfortunately they were out of onion rings which I was part of the reason I wanted to try this place out. The burger was so so... nothing special. This rating is specifically for the service. Very attentive and efficient. The girl who made our milkshake wassuper sweet. The front counter had mistakenly not sent the ticket through. So we waited a little bit but she promptly got us themilkshake and wrote a sweet note on the lid. Read more
This is not the first time this location has disappointed in this way. I ordered mobile pick up and when I picked up my order, I... got all the way back home before realizing my drink were not included. So I circled back. Picked up the drinks, and returnedhome. Once I started to finally unpack my order, I realized that an order of fries was also missing and my daughter?s kids mealapple juice was not included. Not to mention, the extra time taken to circle around left us with cold food and melted shakes.Not cool. Probably won?t be ordering from this location for awhile. Read more
Not really cool what took place today. I think it will be the last time I waste time and money here. I personally am... handicapped, and my significant other came through the drive thru to grab me a colossal combo. I start with the fries and takeout the burger to find it is missing the meat. With him having already left back to work, I have to load myself into the car andreturn to get it made again. With nothing but understanding and politeness I arrive and explain. Only to receive nothing but theburger and no apology from the man at the window. The woman at the speaker was very nice. But for my trouble, wasted gas, andnow cold fries and melted coke. Being a restaurant manager for years, I would have immediately replaced the entire meal andasked what else I could do for the customer. Nothing was really done, other than oh oops here...Bye.
