Every thing about my visit was awesome. Had been on road driving so I went inside. Just had a basic cheese burger and added... Tillamook cheese. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted some water and they helped me figure it out. Love that specialyellow sauce. Yummy Read more
Worst service by far! 1 hour in drive thru, with cars piled in front and behind so no way to escape. When u got the the window,... customer service was a disaster, no hello, or I?m sorry for the wait or thank you for your patients. Followed by the worsthazelnut milkshake, wasn?t even mixed the nut/chocolate mixture was sitting on the bottom of the cup. This has been by far theworst experience i could ever have in a drive thru. Manager and owners of burger bills should be ashamed of them self for thestaff and service provided by the staff at this location. I?m not one to expect free food or anything but a sorry or perhaps abetter made shake would have been to much to ask. I?m appalled by how this restaurant was being run this evening and there needsto be a change.
