Idk man I just wanted a burger. Go up to the cart, get ignored for 10 mins - OK I'm dumb there is a sign about ordering online.... Would be nice to get a knock and a point cause I'm drinking at a beer garden. I try to get the QR to work but it's behind awindow with glare and won't. I Google it and find the website, but by this time I can order for tomorrow cause it's like 640pm.I just wanted a burger. Update: I ended up going to another Burger Stevens at a different pod on a different day. I was psychedto get a burger but they were closing 30 mins early and weren't serving. ??????? Read more
The burger was great but the dudes working in the food cart were unfriendly as hell. I mean I came for the burger but practicing... good customer service skills is cool too! as I went to get my bag of food I grabbed it and started to say thank you but the guywouldn?t even look at my face nor respond to me. Great spot for a smash burger in Portland! I stopped in here with a friend a bit ago and grabbed a burger 4 pack with fries. The... burgers are so good, crispy with just the right amount of toppings to balance out the flavor. These guys really have gotten asimple and delicious cheeseburger down to a science. It's simple, but done so incredibly well because of a focus on perfectingthe basics rather than putting together a huge menu. The area is pretty nice too. There's outdoor seating nearby and a lot ofother food options which is great if you head here with a bit group abd have trouble agreeing on one place. Overall, I'd highlyrecommend it if you like good burgers! Can't comment on the vegetarian option available because we didn't try it. Read more
Update: good follow up customer service after posting review. We appreciate that. Original post: Not worth it. Go somewhere... else. They don?t take in person orders so we have to stand outside the food truck and order using an app. And wait. And waitanother 15 minutes PDT the time Postmates told me my order was ready. Overpriced and terrible value, and totally not worth a 40minute wait. Read more
One of my favorite burger spots in Portland, especially their Cheeseburger. The bun, meat, cheese, veggies, and special sauce... just make the perfect combo. I usually add some fries and a Mexican Coke to make it a meal. The fries are just ok. All about theburgers here. They keep moving the food cart around, but I will continue to support no mater where they move to. A fan ofSteven is a fan for life. Read more
This is in my top two burger places in Portland. We went to the new Hinterland location this time and got a few cheese burgers... and fries. Seasoning and texture is on point. Great job guys. Highly recommend if your craving a smash burger and want to becompletely satisfied. Read more
