Food is okay, but communication from their young worker did not go well for me as a deaf person. They took their sweet time to... try understand/know how to serve a deaf person. Clearly, the world doesn't want deaf people to exist if they don't try educatetheir kids on non-verbal skills. Bad burger king for people with disabilities. I enjoyed the person I spoke with over the ordering speaker. The volume is a little high, but very much enjoyed the... personality. Did not appreciate having to ask twice for my sauces and not receiving a drink at all. Felt like I was getting alook from the person handing me food, but idk. Mostly upset about not having a little sip of caffeine right now. Read more
Haven't once received a correct order from this location, almost always instruct me to park and wait for the food to be brought... to me, only to wait for most of my lunch and have to go inside for them to finally make it. Poor service, avoid this location atall costs. Read more
Just went there. Awful. Screen was down. Lady was barely understandable and rude. Plus our food was ready in 30 seconds like it... was premade. Oh yeah and it was cash only after I got there. The worst bk. Read more
The person taking my order did everything as expected but the employee that handed me my order didn't say a word she just took... my money. She didn't let me know that what she handed me was my whole order or not so or ask me if I wanted any sauces oranything. The fries were not that great and also the milkshake was very runny. Read more
We visited around 2 PM on a Monday. The food was fine. Fries were not salted. No big deal with the salt packets offered on the... counter. However, the entire dining area was disgusting. Trash on the floor and under tables. Sticky and dirty tables, stickyand dirty floors, and sticky and dirty around the drink dispenser. Who wants to get a drink when the screen is full of gooeyfingerprints? It's like they've given up trying to be tidy, clean, and sanitary. There is still a pandemic going on, people. Read more
I love BK joints. This one needs help a little bit. Not being rude just honest. Jack was great to show me the ropes. I'm looking... forward to seeing something else besides fastfood. I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal and I got a patty with enough mayo for 3 sandwiches and nothing else? And the person... working the window was rude told me a price that was just less than $5 for my total and my total was actually more than $20 foronly 2 meals and this is the quality?
