Be careful if you ask for a large fry they'll give you a large Sprite. I have had nothing but bad experience is lately from all... Burger King locations. Some of them were flat out rude. I like their burgers. But their customer service is always disgusting. Iwill continue to leave a bad review for every location every time I have an incident this is ridiculous. 2 for 12 king whopper's both were cold meat and cheese, one was a cheese burger in a cheese burger wrapper and was told it's... just a wrapper.. Asked for extra mayo and didn't get until I asked for a tub of it. Gentleman ahead of us had to take his burgerback and they brought out a burger in a bag as his wife was finishing her meal. Soda stand didn't have any small or medium lidsand about 10 straws. Bar none, the worst burger king I have ever gotten. Read more

There was a door broken and based on the sign printed on the door it has been broken for quite a while. The store didn't accept... cards and had literally removed the swipe terminals, but the empty bases were still on the counter so this wasn't a temporaryissue. More than a few tables were quite dirty despite only one other group being in the restaurant. This place has the look andfeel of a restaurant with poor ownership that trickles down to the whole staff. Read more

I've never had bad food at this location, and it's mostly out in the open so one can hope that employees aren't taking their... frustration out on customers food. That said, there is clearly a morale issue in the store. Employees are stressed running backand forth between stations, and in some cases all sense of the staff customer relationship has broken down. Employees appear tobe in dire need of proper support, training and management. I'm not going to identify the people I'm describing, because I'm notconfident that an owner or manager who would allow the store to operate as it was, would do anything other than attempt topunish the overworked staff. Update the staff here can't figure out how to make a whopper with cheese no veggies. Close this location!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will... never return! The person in charge laughed when I called about my ruined food! Peter will be getting a call on Wednesday! Frontcounter staff short and rude! Don't make ordering decisions based on the signs in the dining room. You will be told in the mostrude way possible "that's not available" while pushing a different sign at me. This is not service if the deal is not availabletake the huge 5 foot sign off your dining room / ordering area!!! Read more

The poor 2 person staff was AMAZING. Running around trying to do everything at once, I really feel for them. If the company... itself actually advertised their "competitive wages" especially in a time when people are no longer wasting energy on low payingor non transparent companies. OR if they just paid people enough to survive it wouldn't be so hard to find workers. Minimumwage and a free meal aren't going to pay anyone's bills and $15/hour is MASSIVELY outdated.... Read more
