Mine was great, friendly staff, fast service. Pleasantly surprised after reading the negative reviews. Glad we went and saw for... ourselves. I am thinking with employee shortages everywhere, perhaps this is why some said it was closed when it was supposed tobe open. We will be going again soon. I love the selection of flavors. Read more

It says they're open till midnight. Came at 9:20 or so. The outside lights were on, but the whole cart was closed up. Please... don't advertise being open if you're not. Read more

Not open when it says they should be, the phone number listed is to a random disconnected line in Virginia, and the website is... completely unhelpful. The food and tea is fine when they are actually open, though expensive for the quality. Read more
Walked here with a friend today around 3:15pm (Jan. 14, 2022). The cart?s sandwich board was out front and the lights were on... inside? but no one was there! We waited in case the person working was using a restroom and looked for someone sitting nearbymaybe taking a break, but no one ever came.
