I?ve been on the hunt for a great boba spot in pdx for a few months now. I really enjoy the hunt and a great cup of boba. Sad to... say I didn?t even try this boba because of the poor customer service. Twice I ordered and twice my drink was messed up. They forsome reason couldn?t make a hot boba it was cold. And couldn?t make a blended but failed to inform me. After two failed attemptsI asked if they could make it right. What I was met with was rude customer service at best. I work in customer relations for aliving. I wanted to support a local boba shop. I will never return and have asked my boba community of drinkers to find anyother shop in pdx. I saw several inline who also left the empty handed because of this lack of respect towards future customers.I get it, you are busy and frustrated but you need to have someone with better customer service and communication skills at thewindow. Do NOT Come Here For Bubble Tea! We ordered two blended Thai Tea boba drinks, and they were both AWFUL. They tasted like sugar... and crushed ice. The only trace of Thai Tea in the drinks was the orange food coloring. The boba itself tasted stale. Thesedrinks were around $6 each. Worst bubble tea I've ever bought. WAY overpriced. If you want bubble tea, go to Fat Straw or DingTea for a much better experience. Read more
We love this place and pretty much always stop for drinks here when we?re at Cartlandia. Appreciate their unique flavor options,... like lavender. Our favorites are their fruit blended, particularly pineapple, Thai tea, mango and other fruit flavors with thejelly orb boba and green tea flavored with honey boba. I really enjoy getting their poke bowls every now and then. Good about ofspice, fresh fish and refreshing. Have not tried their sweeter menu options yet. Read more
Four milk teas with boba were purchased here and I definitely do not recommend. The boba itself was flavorless with a bad... texture. All four drinks seemed to have no more than 5% milk, very watery. Read more
Best Boba I?ve had in my life. Taro is unreal! Love it. Will drop by anytime. Other places make it watery or put not so much... boba. Here?s its creamy, cold or hot depending on how you feel having it and waiting time is very short. Quite a discovery and ahidden gem of boba. Definitely recommended if you drop by Portland anytime.
