Have enjoyed the drinks and most of the staff since they opened this location but lately the staff, unlike other black rock... locations have started pushing their tablet into your hands in an effort to force a tip. Don?t feel that is the way to try toget a tip. Oh and the tablet is usually dirty. Would think concentrating on customer service as the other locations do insteadof pushing for a tip would net better results. Read more
I had a very nice experience at this Black Rock location. Barista was very friendly and helpful. The drive through box wasn't... working, but there was no problem driving up to the window to make my order. In fact, I find it easier to talk to a person faceto face. Purchased a smoothie that tasted yummy! I only give 4 stars because it was a bit pricy in my opinion. Read more
This store doesn?t even deserve a star and honestly wish there was another location closer to me so I didn?t have to continue to... cost this one. I love my black rock but this store has a habit of continuously treating their customers less than and you don?tunderstand definition of customer service Much less just giving a human being the time of day but instead being ignored and whenthey do speak to you, it always snapping at you and rushing you out as quick as possible. I was having a terrible day today, and a terrible week. The barista at the window was very nice, asked about my day, and... literally made my day. I wish I had caught her name but I was too overwhelmed with her kindness. I hope I see her again so I canthank her in person, but if not I hope you see this and know your kindness really helped me. I have been wanting more coffee options in the area and was so happy we got a black rock. This location is probably the nicest... most friendly one ever! I have been here at least every week since they opened and I can say that everyone is super sweet,always adhering to all your needs, they work as quick as they can while also making you feel special EVERY day. I used to really love stopping by here for my drinks but I've had some experiences here that have made me no longer want to be a... customer. A few weeks ago I was misgendered and called "man" and when asking to correct my pronouns I was told "its ok becausewe use man as gender neutral" then today the cashier was wearing a "Jesus loves you" shirt. Good for her but I don't need Jesuswith my morning coffee and found it pretty offensive. This location is growing in uncomfortableness. Read more
