Went to Portland for a business trip and this was heads above any restaurant food or service of the entire trip. Our table of... six was served with the utmost professional care. The food was amazing from the bread to the salads to the entrees (thank youfor offering a vegetarian option!) to the mouth-watering desserts. I highly recommend the huckleberry. I really want to give this place a good review. It’s in the neighborhood I just moved to and want to come here often because... it is a beautiful restaurant. However, when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation, but we absolutely did. I had along conversation with the woman on the phone about whether or not they still had halibut, as that was all I wanted for mybirthday. She said yes, they will have halibut. This is a great date night out with the spouse. They have a very great seasonal and farm to table menu. They do a great job... mixing it up so that you have new things to try everytime you come. They do a great job with recommendations and pairings foryour meal. Their cocktails are also creative and fun. They have a little store attached for things to take and make at home aswell. Came here for our anniversary last week and everything was top notch. We ordered the specials. Burrata for appetizer, Husband... had the tenderloin, I had the halibut. The tenderloin was super good, better than most steak houses. Also I’d like to noteI’m usually disappointed when ordering fish in a restaurant because all too often it’s over done. The ultimate test of anestablishment for me is if they don’t screw up my fish. This dish was not a disappointment, excellently executed. Nice andcrusty on the outside and tender on the inside. Yummm. Great experience. Staff was super helpful in understanding some of the menu and very friendly. Environment is pretty chill and... it was relatively calm although the place had several guests both inside and out. They encourage reservations during the peakmeal times. Food was very tasty. Everything we ate had great flavors which all complimented to overall meal. The food cost ismore than what you pay at a typical restaurant, but the quality of the food is what you pay for. Many things on the menu areidentified as being local and there were both vegan and vegetarian options. 10/10 We will certainly be dining here again. Read more

Wonderful dining experience! Here is what you need to know: the food is amazing, the drinks are outstanding, and the service is... top notch. We had shrimp with risotto and steak with Chimichurri. I had an Old Fashioned that was the superb. Our waiter, James,was top notch. He knew the menu well and was able to help my wife with her food restrictions. Plus, he made our drinks! I almostforgot, we shared the Butterscotch pudding for desert and it was almost my favorite part of dinner. If you like salted carameland butterscotch this the dessert for you.
