Well, the good news is, if you order a pizza from here, by the time it is actually complete you may be 95 years old, almost... dead, and eligible for social security that may be able to cover the cost of your meal. I like Bellagios, but this store has poor quality control. Every single time we order a half cheese half pepperoni, there is... always pepperoni on the cheese half. Today was the worst. 7 of the 12 slices had full pepperoni. One less slice isn?t a big dealin the end, but it is a consistent problem at this store. I called the store and let them know and the person working didn?teven apologize. Just said okay. Not great customer service. Good thing I?m just boring and not a vegetarian. Read more
Bad service. Not greeted when I came in. Waited at the counter almost 5 min looking at the employees before someone decided to... come ask me "what do you neee..?" Took over 30 min to make a simple sandwich.. raised prices but not updated on the menu. Stayaway from this hole in the wall. Read more
Pre ordered pizza and when coming to pick it up they haven?t even started and had to ask me the name on order so they could... start the preps. Want to avoid waiting for the pizza and end up taking an extra 40min till getting my food. Un organized andunderstaffed. Read more
Was good, now failing poorly with little regard for its customers. We ordered pizza from here several times in the past before... the pandemic and it was always good and hot and fresh however over the last two years things have taken a steady decline andthis last order signifies our last order.. They clearly forgot a couple ingredients and instead of starting over or at leastadmitting their mistake when I called the manager got quite indignant and doubled down saying that it is their policy to includecold raw fresh tomatoes on after the pizza is done I mean can you imagine the audacity- LOL -no apology, no refunds, nothing tooffer just attitude. Really good pizza. I read the other reviews so we walked in and ordered instead of delivery out phone/online ordering. My mate... and I kept the order simple a Mother Earth (with olives) and a Bellagio Combo. So good!!! Read more
After being a loyal customer for 4+ years, no more! Countless times of my pizza not being correct or fully cooked, then the... last 2 times I ordered delivery the driver forgot my pink lemonade. Tonight the salad I recieved also was not edible, & hadgross slimy vegetables. I called & spoke to the manager, who said he'd show the driver how to properly make a salad & send himback out with a new one. Not 5 minutes later the driver shows up with a drink, not the right drink either & no salad which leadsme to believe he just went to 7-11 & bought a drink so he wouldn't get in trouble. We'll see if my salad ever shows up. Read more
A little pricey but there pizza is delicious. They also have a delicious gluten free crust?not joking, it?s good. ????
