I ate here with a friend and we both loved it! We had impeccable service and everything we ordered was delicious. It is tiny, so... be sure to call ahead and make a reservation. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the chefs cook, plate the food, and makecocktails. It has a classy, yet casual atmosphere with some people dressed up and others wearing jeans (such is Portland). Itwould make a great place to go on a date! Read more

I joined my sister and brother-in-law for our weekly dinner and we chose Bar Avignon for they had not been and it was ages since... my last visit. We had an amazing dinner with attentive and knowledgeable service, outstanding food and warm welcoming ambiance.If you have never been, go. If it has been awhile, go back.
