Came here when we heard they had good GF pizza and good reviews. We had to find parking on the street, which was a small... challenge. Order at the counter when you get inside and they bring your food out to you. One of our people got the GF pepperonipizza (see pic) and the rest of us got a slice. My slice was pretty small for more than $4 and only one topping, so that wasn?timpressive. The pizza tastes good, but didn?t blow my hair back. Speaking of a great crew, and a good slice of pie, oh Baby Doll, let me tell ya. The crunchy crust on the outside, yet cheesy... and meaty with all the robust flavors you can expect from a good pizza. I love the weird, but cute art on display against thewall where they keep the cold drinking water. Made me wanna stick around and do my own. Dare to do yours? I'll buy you a slice????. best pizza by the slice in portland. you can expect to spend $4-5 on a fresh slice the size of your whole face. there is nothing... bad on this pizza menu. garlic knots are unrivaled. everything is good. if you're someone who likes a really crispy pizzacrust, this might not be your spot. their brownies get a 6/10 from me, but i wouldn't go for just a dessert anyway Read more
Pizza was divine ???? Didn't really like how chewy the crust got when it cooled down but the taste of the Pizza covers that. Was... crunchy but not to thin. Perfectly cooked all the way through. Salad was delicious ???? grilled/thinly sliced chicken,croutons, parmesan cheese, lemon on the side for an optional squeeze, and their salad dressing is what made it soperfect. Their walnut brownies caught me by surprise. I've never had them with walnuts before but it's now my newfavorite. Weeks later I bought a veggie pizza. Looked like a deep dish but it was so good. The spice took me by surprise butthat's what made me love it even more. Was not chewy or dry but soft, fluffy, and oh so good. It's definitely my new favorite. Read more
As a native New Yorker, I will say this is hands down the best pizza I've had in Portland. It is definitely the closest thing to... a New York slice as far as taste and consistency goes. Keep up the great work ???? Read more
Excellent to-go experience. I called in an order, and it was available for pick-up at the time they quoted me. The lobby was... well marked for a limited number of customers being inside at one time. The promptness of the order impressed me largely becausethey were BUSY. They had a large crew cooking and ringing up orders, and I was pleased to see the cashiers regularly checkingwith the people waiting outside, to make sure that nobody was standing on the sidewalk while their pizza was inside, starting tocool off. Just as it was before the pandemic, the pizza itself is delightful. We went with caramelized onions and sausage, andwere very happy indeed. Read more
