I went to this location yesterday. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, medium curly fries and a medium chocolate shake. Didn?t... get my buffalo chicken sandwich. I got 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches instead. Small curly fries, and they forgot about mymilkshake! Never coming here again! Read more

Waited in line OVER 30 minutes at the Drive thru just to order and 10 to 15 minutes to get my Arby's club sandwich and 2 double... roast beef sandwiches and a freezing medium crinkle fries. OPEN the lobby for crying out loud. It was around 1:30 in theafternoon and should not have been a big deal. Guess I was wrong. Read more

We wanted to try the new rib sandwiches so we ordered and paid through the Arby?s app. When we got to the drive thru, we told... the staff member we had a mobile order and he told us to go to the next window. At the second window, the cashier tried tocharge us twice for our meal and drinks. We explained we already paid in advance and he looked confused. When we asked forstraws he acted like it was too much trouble. The dining room was still closed to the public so we ate in the parking lot. Thefood was good. Read more

Over half hour wait in drive thru, out of coke, and half a dozen other things. The order was wrong. The people were nice.

For a busy day me and my partner always go here for good fast food. The manager was amazing, so kind and friendly.

Since the remodel and re-opening the food quality seems to have improved enough that I'll start going there again. The employees... seemed to be in good spirits and we had a friendly conversation at the window. However, they did have a LOT of "out of stock"stickers on their menu board... let me guess supply chain issues ???? maybe they should start buying more local products toserve, less of a delay in deliveries that way and it helps local economy instead of overseas economies! Although I'm not sure Ifpay much more for what you actually get, unless the taste improved remarkably!! Read more

I got their hamburger special which was supposed to been 1079 they charged 11/19 for it say they don't charge what's on the menu... prices out on the reader board then the meat was burnt so black it was unable was not to have any lettuce on it and it had pilesof lettuce the fries was a half a container of fries and the and the root beer was a half a cup of ice I will not be going backand I will call in their corporate office on this poor service Read more

I waited outside in drive through for 45 minutes. A dam shame especially since gas is so expensive. The food was great and... hot .but the owner is so cheap to hire anybody, only one person working. That's a dam shame. What happens if she doesn't come inone day. You will have to close your doors.and you need to you don't deserve help. I feel so sorry for the only worker u have.Give her a raise.
