The little brown boy was a rude little punk. I've never in my life been in a argument at a drive threw window. My children are... the same age I'm sure and more respectful. He should be fired. Absolutely horrible! Was rudely mocked and talked to with a loud-mouthed, sarcastic tone by a teenage female in the DT. Gave her... a piece of my mind (I'm a former Taco Bell manager)... and her high-as-a-kite manager took her side! Ate here all my life atthis Arby's, but NEVER AGAIN! Read more

Excellent fish, tasty and freshly cooked. First time in over 30 years I've eaten at this chain. Staff at this location are... friendly and helpful. The fish was very yummy! The customer service here is excellent. They forgot one of my items and when I called back- expecting to have to be demanding... and get an attitude, the manager was incredibly sweet and offered to replace my order the next day. I went back through andwasn't given any hassle or delay. Just how it should be. :) Read more

Initially, I was not happy. Ordered lunch on my way to work only to find out they had forgotten my sandwich. I called and the... manager, Katie, was So sweet and apologetic. She replaced my mising items with no hassle. Another worker, Eric, was very kindand helpful as well, giving me no grief or making me wait. We all make mistakes and the service industry can be tough- it's howwe handle it that really matters. Katie handled this with grace and the others as well. 5 stars for customer service. :) Read more

On arrival noticed menu changes. When ordering, advised outta mozzarella sticks, not doing fish, and did not advise they had... no whip cream. Ordered French dips and orange cream drink. I was handed the drink incomplete. I asked doesn?t this come withwhip cream? He acted stupid and said I dunno. Asked another. Then I stated I did not get what I paid for. He said yes you did ina moronic fashion. Needless to say, the younger generation working at this establishment, really don?t have a clue. It was veryrude. This is not the first time. I always give second chances. But first time is shame on them, second time is shame on me,third time is a never repeat. If you want to take your chances be my guest. Worst ever, although it says dine in on Google maps, their lobby is still closed. I'm handicap and need a cane to walk but I was... told by, I guess a manage, to use the drive through. So basically, stand in the hot sun while I wait for the 6 cars to get theirstuff. Hopefully don't get sun stroke and not get hit by a car . Really great customer service. Read more

Wish I could give zero stars. So many issues. I've worked fast food for many years. So here it goes drive thru was rude could... barely hear him and had to repeat multiple times. Get up to window give us our drinks get which is which is wrong and then onewas Dr pepper and had zero syrup. The burgers were all cold and undercooked we said well done. The fries were all overcooked.And don't go here if you want actual fast food! Even without a line it took at least 25 minutes at the window to get our food.I'll drive further to the other location for better service and food. Here's hoping we don't end up with food poisoning fromthose cold undercooked burgers. Read more
