The best Ramen I know of in town. Appetizers add up quickly cost wise, but for a $15 bowl of house made ramen, I couldn?t make... one similar at home for sure. Very high quality, deep and rich flavors that work together fantastically. Highly recommend youtry the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen. Read more

I love their breaded egg and their appetizers. The ramen is fine. Not great not bad. They could really be more generous with the... quantity of noodles it wouldn?t cost that much more for them and it would make customers a little bit more sated. I bought akids Ramen for eight dollars for my son and it only had a tiny handful of noodles in it. It?s just not a good look for arestaurant when they skimp on portions that they could easily add more to it without a significant cost. The ambiance isterrific, service is consistent But The prices are nuts. Read more

Food was okay, but ZERO customer service and you order on your phone but they still auto gratuity at 15%. Now don't get me... wrong, I'm a former server and front of house manager for fine dining so I'm all about the tips, but you've actually got to workbesides run the food to the table - everything else is self serve. Also don't even try to split the check, the app won't letyou. Now that that rant is over, the food was meh. It wasn't amazing, but wasn't horrible. It was fine. Will I go back? Idon't know... it's nice that it's only a block from my office. Read more

There is copious indoor and outdoor seating. In general you order online, and food is brought to the table. The menu is... extensive with noodle and rice dishes plus appetizers and sides and drinks and dessert. The gyoza and chicken appetizers weregreat as was the tonkotsu tantanmen. Read more

You order using the QR code and they only accept card.. no change for cash. Food was good but nothing special. No interaction... with servers.. alright experience. Read more

Hip industrial-chic ramen spot and an ideal spot on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Ordering is all via QR code and your phone, but... staff will stop by and answer questions if you have them. Ramen was excellent and the perfect pick-me-up after a morningstroll. Read more

Disappointing. First, they dont take reservations even though it has a reserve a table button and walks you through the full... process. Ordering system is different, but not horrible. Only issue is you dont have a server, so when you have issues you haveto flag someone down and that doesnt guarantee they can help you. Ordered apps and drinks first, they came out fast and weredelicious. We ordered our entrees together but they did not arrive even close together. My friend did not receive her soup until30 minutes after I got mine and I asked the food runner multiple times if she could give us a time frame on when it was comingout. 15% tip is automatic on all checks which isnt bad, just known that is going to be on there and not and option to take off,so if you are going on a budget make sure to think about that when ordering. We asked if there was a way to split our check, anice gentleman said he would be right over with the card reader to help us with that. After waiting a few minutes and seeing himoff bussing tables. Having been there for already 2 hours at this point I just put it all on my card so we could leave. Overallsuper bummed. Was really excited to try this place out. Didnt come close to expectations. Good ramen experience in Nob Hill area (very close to 4.5 stars for ramen). I preferred classic tonkotsu over the yuzu shio.... Decently crafted cocktails. Ordering system is a bit unusual, with no server showing up and requiring to scan QR code, but Ieventually figured it out. Worth trying if you are looking for a ramen option in the area. Read more
