I was visiting out of state, I ordered something that didn't mention potatoes at all. I personally do not like or eat... potatoes???? & our server was SUCH A SWEETHEART!!! She noticed my plate & asked for a to go box & when we all mentioned it, shewas so kind enough to not charge my plate. Bcuz it was literally 95% potatoes. I was so disappointed when I got my plate & Ilove my friends for sharing their food. It would be 5 stars if I got a plate that I enjoyed but the service & the atmosphere wastop notch???? ???? Expensive and really bad. This business model is not going to work: a huge, super fancy menu and not enough people in the place... to make money from hamburgers. In our party of three, everything we had from drinks to appetizers too main courses was justplain bed. Nice wait staff, though. I feel sorry for them. They are trying hard but this is hopeless... tldr: service was solid, food was really really bad, & there’s an extremely distasteful 16% service charge that the business... keeps most of. Came here on a Saturday night with a large group and were accommodated very nicely by the staff. Our server wasfriendly and made thoughtful recommendations. Appetizers were solid, drinks were hit-or-miss. But the main courses were reallybad. Laughably bad for a restaurant charging this much. The “popular” paella was basically microwaved Uncle Ben’s ricewith mushy seafood / veg on top. No crispy crust on the bottom… that’s the best part of a paella!! Salmon was dry, and thecod was clearly from the freezer. These dishes were all about $30 each. I do admire that the restaurant pays workers a“sustainable” wage plus any additional tips, but the fact there’s a mandatory service charge of 16% and the severs onlypocket 5% of that is tacky and a slimy way to raise prices. Maybe their brunch service is better, but I would definitely, absolutely, 100% not recommend for dinner. (edited to remove inaccurate "sustainable" wage details, but you'll notice thebusiness's reply says nothing about the 16% mandatory service charge, just that they allegedly pay their employees well, which Ihope is true regardless) Read more

The food, service and staff were wonderfull. My only complaint would be the prices, and the mandatory 15% service fee which is... NOT a tip but goes directly to the business. In fairness, 5% of the net profits are distributed to the front staff. A mandatoryservice fee is just a shifty way of increasing your prices. Read more

Mediocre at best. One person in our party got the sirloin and it was more like a roast. When you cut in to the meat it was... stringy like something you would cook in a crockpot. The paella, why we went there, probably cost $5 to male. Very littleseafood in it, tasted good but I've had MUCH better. Read more
