Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. The women was extremely rude from the beginning being... unprofessional and yelling at me when I made a simple mistake regarding a coupon I was using( I didn't read the fine print anddidn't relieze my sandwich wasn't including in it. I thought it just excluded melts and wraps) and when I stated I needed onethat was she went off on me and made me feel like I couldn't even get food. I don?t know what I was expecting, but this was hands down the worst subway I have ever been to. I placed an order through the... app to take advantage of ?buy two footlongs, get one free Friday?. I place my order and head over to pick it up, probably about5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I get my order without checking the contents of the bag, which was a huge mistake,and left. I get home to see that one foot long is missing and the other two didn?t come in contact with any type of heatingsource (these were supposed to be warm sandwiches). To make it even better, the app does not give you the option to get a refundor file complaints. However I am going to take the blame for even giving this place the chance because it is notorious forscrewing up customer orders. If you want Subway in the Portland area, don?t even bother. Not real sure what this lady's malfunction is, but she is HATEFUL, RUDE and just plain ugly. I'm a truck driver and was doing... laundry and was going to get food. There was a customer ahead of me, and she was plain nasty to him, so being in the great moodthat I'm in, I decided just to get an over priced bottled soda ($2.79 really???) Anyway. I'm would not step food back into thisplace. There was some lady sitting in there like she lives there, and a dog piled up in a corner booth. The hateful lady yelledat 'Missy' to "come ring this person up'. Missy was kind, but ad for Hagitha, she's a bitter old lady that I hope someday findsher happy. Boooooo Subway. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would! The management and the staff are AFWUL!!! my family went in for a sandwich and had a time limit... so because she needed to be back at ME Med Barbara Bush wing for her child... waited paitently and was repeatedly skipped inline and skipped by online and phone orders. Not only that but the 2 girls working were extremely rude and condescending. Theyruined her sandwich on PURPOSE! When she called to ask to speak to a manager, as ANYONE WOULD she was laughed at and treatedlike less than human. The manager stuck up for her awful employees and used the excuse that "they hadn't been properly trainedyet" SO TRAIN EM! Never again!! Don?t go, this family is bipolar. One day they?re nice, the next day the mother is screaming at customers. One day... they take a coupon, the next day they won?t, even though the same coupon scanned into the system many times. They just make upthe rules as they like!!
