This was another place on my list that i had found ahead of time online, and I am glad that I did. As a Latino man, a place... called "Quiero Café" is exactly somewhere I would stop in to. I went in, expecting just a café with good Spanish coffee, butno! The smell of Latino food hit me like a freight train and it was so pleasant. They have a giant menu of food that I am goingto return to try! I did try their coffee and diosito mio, it tasted like home, and I do not know how. It was a phenomenal cup ofcoffee and i can't wait to have another. The service was quick and the staff was very nice! Worth every penny. Read more

Amazing food. Very traditional. We were visiting Maine for only a few days, but we liked this place so much that we went back.... Tried the yuca, empanadas, choripan, and the CHURROS! Get the dulce de leche churros- you will NOT regret it. Read more

Just got a smoothie, was a cute place. No line, staff were nice and friendly, bit pricy but it is portland (not outside the... normal range for a smoothie). Smoothie was pretty filling ('twas my breakfast), could use a bit more strawberry but that is justpersonal preference. All in all, not a bad place. Will have to go back and try actual food to give a better review, but for justfor the Café portion, it's a good place to go if your in the area. Read more

Loved this place! We couldn't get into the place we intended to eat at so we stopped in here and I am so so glad we did! Amazing... Colombian food! Some of the flavors I had here were some of my favorites I've had in a very long time! Specifically the yucafries were to die for! Outstanding coffee, for sure! I will absolutely be back again soon! The atmosphere is nice and ?cozy ?. I ordered a chicken, mushroom with cheese and oregano & vegetable empanadas. They were... delicious and hot in temperature so wait for a couple minutes for the food to cool down. The drink I got was a mango limeade. Ialso ordered a spicy salsa and WOW it?s actually very spicy ! I love spice. Definitely tastes authentic. Around $30 dollars withtip. Read more

Empanadas are quite good especially the cheese one. The Yuka fries were disappointing. They were very dry, old, cold and... they had almost no cheese on them. But they were expensive. They should be buried in cheese. No one in this town can make agood margarita either. This place didn't change that opinion.. I think Hector Vazquez had it right in his review below. Read more

The place is located in a perfect corner of a building that looks to a kind of "Plaza" with trees and some tables outside,... inside the images and colors takes you exactly where they want to; tropical. enviroment/salsa/regueton/latin culture. The menuhas multiples choices, smoothies, empanadillas, tostones, Yuca, patacones and mucho mas! (So much more) and if you ask yourselfok, but how it taste, let me answer that amazing! In the photos(left to Right): tostones. Yuca. and grilled chicken with rice, beans and sweet plantain, avocado and salad. Love you guys, thanks for exist! Read more

Visiting Portland and wanted to find a quick stop for lunch - this was a fantastic option! Cubano sandwich was great and we got... a couple different empanadas to try. All of them were delicious! Also shared a limeade, which was super refreshing. Highlyrecommend this place. Read more
