One star not because of quality but inflation. Their pizza is damn good. I called in a small Bronx pizza today, September 9,... 2022. I bought the same a month ago and it cost $19.00 + tax. I grew up in Connecticut, 20 minutes from the world famous Frank Pepe's, surrounded by other incredible, lesser known pizza... places, and in the shadow of the pizza capitol that is New York City. I've lived in Maine for over a decade now and nothing I'vetried has even come remotely close to competing with even average pizza joints in NY and CT. That is, until I tried Pizzaiolo.Pizzaiolo is the real deal, and I would hold it up favorably against some of the gold standards of New York and Connecticut.
