Our favorite lunch in Portland. Finally some delicious and good for you food! It was much harder than expected to get a decent... and healthy meal in this town but Olive Cafe delivered. I got a delicious Greek salad and my husband got the mezze platter. Heloved it. He said the hummus was very delicious and I ate the cauliflower- so good. We couldn?t have been happier to find thisgem in the sea of fried and heavy / highly processed foods that engulfs the downtown area of Portland. Read more
Wonderful! We ordered the brussels shawarma (pictured) and falafel gyro for take-out. The brussel sprouts were seasoned so well... and roasted perfectly, and ?dipping? them in the tahini dressing was such a treat. The staff was super friendly and greeted uswith a genuine smile. We were just on a visit to Portland and happened to stop in, but otherwise we would be back on a weeklybasis! Read more
The best hummus I?ve had! We also loved the fried cauliflower on the Beruit salad (as well as the salad). The olive plate is... nothing special, and the ambiance is a bit dark. Local beer was good too! Read more

A trip to heaven for your tastebuds. This place was super tasty and yummy. All the food was super fresh and served in generous... portions. The restaurant had a soothing and welcoming vibe. I highly recommend the Cheese flatbread and gyro. If you are feelingin the mood for Mediterranean food, this place will blow away your expectations. Read more
We stopped here on a Friday night and were delighted that they had seating immediately available. The food was absolutely... fabulous! There were 3 of us and we shared the tabbouleh, the Mediterranean sampler platter and the Mediterranean veggie pizza(with the white sauce). My mother thought the falafels were the best she?d ever had. I especially loved the fried cauliflowerand the veggie pizza was absolutely divine. (Definitely try the white sauce if you like garlic). The server was friendly andhelpful. We appreciated his enthusiasm as he advised us on our choices. Go with an empty stomach and an adventurous palate. Youwill NOT be disappointed. Read more
