I had high hopes for Noble, and it wasn't bad, just not your typical bbq. They chop a smoked shoulder, which was super tender... and had great flavor. The downside is that the meat cubes were sometimes really fatty (which I get, is what makes it tender). Iam just not a fan of fatty meat. The shredded pieces under the cubes were sitting in the meat drippings which I also did notfind that appetizing. They use a mustard and vinegar base bbq sauce, which you get on the side. I like that base so I enjoyedit, but my boyfriend did not. They didn't offer a more traditional bbq sauce, but we also didn't ask. The sides were good! Iwould go back and try something else on the menu for sure. The strawberry margarita is amazing! This just wasn't my favoritestyle of pork. Read more

I had the reuben it was on the pricy side at $17 but it was really tasty. staff was friendly. it had a parking lot with a half... dozen or so spaces and a similar number of tables and a bar. they had seating outside as well. Read more
Nice atmosphere, great vibe. It reminded me of a place where they would know your name and be glad you came. Service was... great fast and delicious food. If you a trucker, bobtail yourself over there and get some good food. Portions are nice. Read more
We booked Noble Barbecue?s food truck to cater our wedding day, and we?re so happy that we did! Working with them was so easy... from the beginning, and made the planning process way less stressful for me. The food was just amazing, some of the bestbarbecue we?ve had in New England! Really great prime brisket sandwich, perfect bark, no fat, tons of flavor! The buffalo chicken sandwich was the perfect amount... of breading and flavor. To add on to how seriously these guys take their business, we ordered dessert and they realized theywere out of what we had ordered, called us back to apologize and let us know of an alternative, they were gracious andappreciative when we picked up our order. Brisket is to die for. Fork tender just the right amount of smoke. Recommended 1lbs plate to split. Just enough for two. ... Great ambience and staff very nice and accommodating. Chocolate turtle cheese cake rounded off the night. We'll be back. Addingto our favorites list. Read more
