Gave me wrong item in drive thru, plus a spoon instead of a fork?tried to get correct item and was told I had to come inside for... them to remake it so I asked for a refund since I had a child in the car?.went back to car from window (was parked in the mobileorder spot) to get wallet?come back to window and manager is rudely telling me I had to come in to throw the food away was whatthey meant- I said I didn?t even ask for refund until you said you couldn?t remake it without me coming in, I?m not taking mykid out of her car seat because you messed up my order. She said we will bring it out to car- wait five minutes and she bringsit out?.with a spoon again. So I wasted $10 on food I couldn?t eat (not eating with my hands) and they had wasted 10 minutes ofmy time (wanted a QUICK bite after a doctors appointment). Awful customer service, rude managers and uneducated employees whothink you can eat burger patties with a spoon or maybe they just don?t know the difference between a fork and a spoon (I can?teat buns due to celiac disease)?I will NEVER go back Oh and I asked for a kids water and they sold me a bottle of waterinstead?.what a mess Read more

Scooted to this McDonald's from Maine medical at 9 pm. Lobby was locked. Drive thru was 10 cars deep. Neighborhood was sketchy.... Food tasted stale. Very disappointed ???? Read more

Very efficient but a little muddled of an experience overall. Sandwiches were a little mid-made, and they did forget my fries.... But it?s a nice location and the two drive in lanes are great! Read more

I'm 54 and I actually worked at this location as a Teenager. Back when things were cooked to order,fresh,and we were trained... properly. Fast forward to August 27th 2022. They have a double lane drive thru,so that's not a good sign right there. I order a2 Cheeseburger Meal,10 piece McNugget,Large Coke ,Medium Fry and two Chocolate Milks. I get to the first window to pay and itcame to $18.10,a total that's a bit much. I pay the kid 20.10 and he gives me back a dollar. I get to the second window to getmy food and the girl tries to hand me three different items I didn't order. So I said,"Give me the food I ordered or refund mymoney!" Some Supervisor basically yells at me and says,"I can't give you the food without a receipt!" I wasn't given a receipt.So,I said get the Manager. He comes out and asks what going on. I tell him to go to the money register, do a search,find my foodorder and print a duplicate. Low and behold,he comes out with the receipt and my money. Offers to give the food. At that point20-25 minutes elapsed and my son,who happens to be Autistic is upset,he doesn't have his Chocolate Milk and Nuggets! I declineand promise never to return. Avoid this McDonald's like the plague,the people aren't trained and don't care. This is owned by aman named Ron Lydick who inherited this and many more from his daddy. He could care less. Absolute worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. I work nearby and have to wait nearly my entire lunch break to get my order in the... drive through. My food has been given away, multiple times to customers in front of me, so I had to wait 20 minutes to get myfood again. Employees working at the window act confused every time you come to the window, trying to give the other people?sorders. Other customers in the drive-through line are constantly upset by the wait time as well, cussing and hollering. It?ssupposed to be fast food, not 20 minutes to a half an hour wait Time. Read more
