We found this place for our last breakfast in Portland and we're not disappointed. The food and coffee were all delicious! I... loved the Harissa Salad and Avocado Toast. The GF pancake was also wonderful and had some fantastic spices. Our only issue withthe place is that they only offer patio seating outside in the back and it's freezing cold. Some heaters out there would make ita bit more bearable. But since we didn't realize that was our only option to to eat there and didn't have time to go anywhereelse, we were disappointed with how cold it was to eat. Made it hard to enjoy fully. Read more
The LB Bowl with chicken was absolutely delicious! The kimchi was incredible the rice was just the right amount, the chicken was... savory, the avocado was perfect, and the sauce was a Lyle sweet. The greens were bright and crisp and combined with the vinegarof the pickles, the whole experience was like a party of flavors in your mouth with no guilt! And the dish was beautiful. This place is amazing! We stayed in Portland for a month and this quickly became our favorite place to eat. The food is... delicious and healthy, and made with care. I?m visiting Portland for the weekend to try out some great restaurants. I knew I wanted to start my day at LB Kitchen after... reading the menu online and being very impressed with the healthy organic ingredients. It did not disappoint! I ordered apumpkin spiced matcha latte w/ almond milk and the GF vegan golden milk pancakes. The latte had just the right amount of spice +sweetness and was the perfect warm temperature on this chilly morning. The pancakes came out quickly and hot, which was muchappreciated, and they were served with vegan butter and maple syrup. A generous portion of 3 large pancakes that were absolutelydelicious and super comforting! Anytime I can find yummy GF pancakes that can be made vegan is a win in my book. I reallyenjoyed my breakfast here - excellent start to my Portland foodie adventure! Read more
