Looking for a late bite to eat after a concert at State Theatre this is the place. Located just across the street, this place... has everything from a wood-fired pizza, to pasta, and salads. My friend and I were starved, so we chose a Margherita pizza,Caesar salad, and a meatball appetizer. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout our experience! Our food and drinks werepromptly served even though they were crazy busy. The meatball was flavorful, saucy, and the ricotta that accompanied supercreamy. The salad was so fresh and flavorful! Heads up, it does have real anchovies in it. The pizza was cheesy, saucy, anddelicious! Overall, my friend and I were highly satisfied with our delicious meal! If you?re looking for Neapolitan style pizza, this is the place to get it. We stopped in for a late lunch after a few adult... beverages elsewhere, and the food surpassed our expectations. The wings were quite literally falling off the bone, the friedcalamari was flavorful, and the pizzas were done to our liking. Highly recommend if you?re in the neighborhood. Read more

Not a reliable choice. I ordered take-out online, and I received a text that pizza will be done in an hour (9pm), and that they... will text me when it's ready. I assumed it wouldn't be ready in time, it was Friday after all, so I wasn't surprised that Ididn't get a text at 9pm. By 9:30 I decided to walk there and check it out, assuming it's not ready yet, I'll wait, it can't bemuch longer. Pizza was apparently ready, just nobody bothered to let me know. The place wasn't extremely busy either, at leastnot for dinning. When I opened the box, it looked like a mess. There was barely any prosciutto (See the pic) And the worst part- There was a hair on it. I wanted so badly for it to be mine, so I can still enjoy my pizza, but it was well mixed in withcheese. Probably got stuck when cheese cold down. We paid extra for prosciutto. It looks like someone just tossed some on topin the end, kind of eyeballing it. Not enough for pizza this size. I regret adding it to the order. Conclusion: Accidentshappen, doesn't imply it's a bad place to get a pizza, and chances are you might have a great time and enjoy your experience,other reviews definitely suggest that, and it's probably true. I had lazzari at my friend's house many times before, and italways came in one piece, warm, no hair, so this was a fluke most likely. But I personally don't plan on coming backbecause: They made me feel like they are doing me a favor by making that pizza. They let my pizza cool down, didn't let meknow when it was done, and I was waiting in a bar close by to go home with it. The mess? I genuinely have no idea how they madeit into a mess that it was when I opened the box. Maybe the cook hates me personally, and he was sending me a message haha? Checked out Lazzari with a local friend last night for Trivia night. Definitely a fun little spot. They have this huge pizza... oven and make Napoli style pizzas which were excellent. Great beer selection. Trivia was fun. Only reason I didn't do the 5stars was because the service was a bit curt at best with my group. Not sure why. Maybe just crazy day. Will definitely comeback next time in town. Pizza was too good to not to. Read more
I love the dinner there and it was trivia day too. It is the hardest trivia of my life but I enjoyed a lot. The pizza and... calzones were very good. The must try is the meatballs, the best I ever had I had as appetizer and in my calzone. Also there isa huge beverage selection and very fun atmosphere. It is a must check place for a pizza. Read more
