Just had the most amazing pizza ever!! Perfectly cooked and the staff there is so accommodating! Gentlemen I spoke with on the... phone(wish I got his name) was so helpful and polite!! Today?s adventure: ordered pizza online for pick up and when we got there, the pizza was missingingredients we paid for. When I complained, the guy said we could wait for him to make us a new one or refund it. I said I?dtake the refund because my husband and I were starving - he gave me cash AND TOOK THE PIZZA BACK. I really like the pizza here. I was pretty disappointed with my last order though. I got a pizza and paid for it. I made note of... what they charged me, and i didn't put a tip. I usually don't tip if I'm just picking up food. Well I checked my account and sawthat they charged me for a tip after the fact that I didn't authorize. It wasn't a ton, but feels like a dishonest practice. Read more
