Stayed back in January 2022 but it was such a beautiful excellent place. The hotel was cheap and quiet but had such a beautiful... quality to it. The room was clean and bigger than even expected and made for a person little getaway for us. The front desk washelpful and helped give us recommendations of things to do. The breakfast was delicious too and high quality. I wish we wereable to spend more time here but we definitely got our money's worth. Definitely a place to remember and if we ever head backout to Portland we will be staying here again! Read more

The quality of the pillows at this hotel is one of the worst I've seen on all of my travels. Simply horrible. Like those... little disposable pillows on airplanes. I ask for larger pillows and none were offered. It isn't just this hotel. I find thisto be the case across the board at most Hilton properties. I'm generally a pretty loyal customer, but I've had enough with theneck pain. Hotel rooms were clean. Room service wasn't offered as advertised. Read more

Food was great and the restaurant staff was excellent. The staff at the front desk was not helpful at all. Empty coffee at 6am... and when asked for more, the desk couldn't walk 15ft to pick up a coffee pot to serve us. All we got is I'm sorry about that. Wereturned to the room and our pass key was checked out. We returned to the desk and the same response, I'm sorry about that. Canwe get a key? Rolling eyes and very put out look. Read more

Such an awesome staff and great facility. The amenities are also great - complimentary hot breakfast (with omelette station),... complimentary drinks 530-7, and a complimentary shuttle to the airport or downtown. The shuttle driver Ritchie went above andbeyond - helping us load toddler car seats in and out of the shuttle. Great experience all around. Would definitely recommendthis hotel!! Read more

Rooms are nice and clean and location is ideal for all airport traffic. The restaurant and bar are a good hangout in the... evening and the large seating area in the lobby is a good spot for quick meetings and conversation over a beverage. There islive music there too if you visit on the right evening. The breakfast buffet is a nice added touch. Read more

I would stay here again and will recommend other to stay here. We liked how close it was to the airport. We were knocking on the... airports door. For being so close I was surprised that you couldn't hear the airplanes taking off or landing. The suites arevery nicely laid out. We had 2 queen beds and those were very comfortable. I didn't have time to take some pictures. We had a2yr old with us and had to keep him occupied. Our bedroom suite had had a big taped up crack in the window. Convenient location to the Portland Airport in Maine and quick shuttle to boot. Hotel looks to be recently renovated with some... work still in progress. Right now the restaurant doesn't open until 5pm, so don't plan on it for any lunch time meals. Themanager reception starts at 5pm as well and you can order food to sit in the lobby area while enjoying it (I have found otherembassy suites that don't let you do that). Staff was polite, attentive and helpful. I had 1 issue with my bill and it was fixedat the front desk without any problems. The rooms are clean and the staff seems to do a good job of sanitizing. Bed was good aswell but the pillows were a bit to soft for me. Luckily I had 4 and was able to make it work. Overall I recommend this hotel ifyou are in the area. Read more

I stayed here for 2 weeks in a king suite and it was great! The rooms are nice and updated. It felt very clean and the staff was... always helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were consistently good and the omelet chefs were on top of their game.Location is conveniently right next to the jetport, yet was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
