Was on a door dash that clearly said 3 medium iced decaf coffees for my delivery. Arrived to pick it up and hit hadn't even been... started yet. They took about 15 minutes to finally get to it and when I got the bag I headed out as usual to able the delivery. The bag felt light for 3 iced coffees but they seal the bag so I didn't open it u til something said to in my mind. Asexpected they put a medium iced coffee and a medium water.....Water!!!!!!! bad service, never get my donuts when placing a mobile order. employees clear orders from the screen before making them then act... confused when you ask about your order. unfriendly staff, long waits. will not be going to this location anymore. better to goto one of the other three Dunkins in Portland. Bad service and coffee. I ordered a hot coffee and a donut. The cashier didn't give me a receipt nor did he ask if I wanted one... so,when it came down getting my order it was missing my donut. I told the guy who made my coffee that I ordered a donut,he toldthat I didn't and then he continued to act like I was lying.After all that,my coffee tasted burnt ????. Dunkin? Donuts in general is a very frustrating place to go to. Mistakes are often made and my lattes, although I always order... the same thing, they never taste the same. And for some reason at this location it happens even more often. On my last visithere, I ordered the Egg white bowl and got the Sausage one. I don?t eat meat and since I got it to go, my breakfast had to go tothe trash once I finally opened it to enjoy it. The only reason I come back to any Dunkin? Donuts is because they have anamazing hazelnut and pumpkin swirl and now also the banana split. I must say that this place does have one amazing employee, Ibelieve her name is Luma. Every time I see her working and making my drink I am happy because I know she makes the perfect latteevery single time. She should be training everybody else how to make it. And she definitely deserves a raise for being a greatemployee and so that she keeps working here. Read more

A typical coffee chain. If you've never been to Dunkin' Donuts, it's a New England coffee chain that serves donuts. This one is... located at Woodford Corner, right on busy Forest Ave. The insides are usually pretty clean, including the bathroom. Dunkin'coffee is so-so but doesn't really pack a punch. Their donuts are okay, but not really as good as Krispy Kreme or especiallynearby Holy Donut. One thing Dunkin' Donuts has over those other places, though, is that it's cheap (and it has lunchoptions). Still, this location is absolutely terrible for getting in and out of, especially with the year-long constructionwork going on at the corner. I had to wait almost a total of 30 minutes getting in and out when I went. Would recommend if youjust want a real-quick, cheap cup of coffee and maybe a donut or breakfast/lunch sandwich. Read more
I waited in line about 6 minutes before I turn around and walked out they were more focused on getting the doordash orders... prepared then helping the customers in the store and that's about it.
