The girls that are there every single morning are just absolutely amazing they deal with the rushes like they don't even exist... meaning they just keep going and are nice to everybody regardless of the situation. I work right across the street so I comehere at least 2 to 3 times a day and I have not had a bad experience since I started coming here. Good coffee.. Hash browns are gluten free. I wish they would create a gluten free donut option (in sure others would too)
This is the slowest dunkin in town. If the guy with the old man voice is working you won't get out if there is less than 15 to... 20 minutes and you also won't get an appoplogy. Orders often messed up as well. Avoid if you can. Read more
I usually order on the app 20 mins ahead of time so that I have time to pick up and also have time To eat before going into... work. On the app I specifically choose a Dunkin? that has an open lobby so I can quickly grab and go. But a lot of times theyclose the lobby due to ?lack of workers? which forces us to use the drive thru which takes an extra 15 minutes to pick up myorder at which by this point I can?t cancel because I have already paid for it. Stopped in here for coffee and to wait a bit while my car was being serviced. Employees constantly yelled and screamed in the... store as if no one was in there. I counted the ?F-word? yelled out over 20 times(and other unmentionable terms). Coffee isgood but I wouldn?t bring children in here. Read more
I was surprised and pleased to be greeted with a friendly, jovial man when ordering my coffee this morning at the drive-thru. He... brought a smile to my face, such a great change to the usual forced pleasant customer service if you even get that.
