Waited for over 10 minutes to even get an acknowledgement which never came. The person working behind the counter spent the... entire time espousing false information about the origin of tea in the western world. Zero customer service. Was lookingforward to this shop. Will not be back. Read more
Got tea to-go. Water can only reach 212 degrees and somehow they managed to go beyond that. After what felt like 3 hours (30... minutes) it cooled down enough to drink and it tasted great. Cup was constantly leaking and burned a few holes through myfingers but I'll manage. Read more
I had an awesome experience here, the atmosphere is just perfect for a tea house! I had the trio of biscuits, daifuku mochi,... plum tea [for there], bought 2 loose teas, and another tea and a box of biscuits to go ???? Reasonable prices for what you get,lovely sit down area, very good service, all in all HIGHLY recommend! It's just a lovely experience, I am more than willing tocome again.... and drag my friends with me. Read more
This place is just fantastic, it's a quaint little super artsy cafe type place that serves a wide selection of various teas and... such. The atmosphere and staff are really excellent, and this place is really unique. I recommend stopping by it. Read more
