Stopped by for the fastest martini's ever. Host was so accommodating despite being at max capacity outside where we wanted to... be. Host gave us a standing room option which was perfect! This is THE place to go in Portland if you are craving something sweet, particularly in the boozy variety! The only problem is... narrowing down what you want to try. There is a full bar with plenty of sweet specialty drinks, as well as your standarddesserts. There is a very chic indoor eating area as well as a back patio with fire pits for colder weather. I wish we hadfound this place before our last day there. It is also located in a perfect location and is convenient to many great sights, shopping, and restaurants. Read more
If you?re in Portland- this place is a must stop! Jim the bartender will remind you of Jeff Goldblum, super chill- producing... mass quantities of awesome martinis all night and they?re delicious! We loved both visits here! They have great deserts aswell - very intimate atmosphere but off the chain on weekends after 9p. Read more
Drinks and dessert! I joined the ladies while they got some martinis, they were all a hit. We also got dessert, everyone else... got cake and I got creme brulee. The cakes were all very rich and tasty but hard to finish. When my creme brulee came out, theserver torched it for me right at the table and I got to crack into the fresh caramelly top, so delicious! My friends and I came in tonight to celebrate my best friends birthday. We had Georgia as our server and she was one of the best... servers we?ve ever had! Super super sweet and friendly and was helpful in cocktail choices for us. Best server ever!! Being inthe industry I so much appreciate great service and she exceeded the best service ever! Read more
This was our favorite place for a drink. So many great martini choices. The peanut butter was my favorite. The grasshopper... tasted like a thin mint cookie. Jim the bartender is top notch! Great creme Brule also. Read more
This place had a brilliant atmosphere. It's a great hole in the wall place that feels like Berlin. Cobblestones outside add to... the feel. It's a super dark speakeasy, and when we got there at about 9:30, it was super loud and busy. We got sat down anddidn't get served right away. Waitress and staff seemed overwhelmed and frantic. Once we finally got served, the chocolate cakewith peanut butter frosting was absolutely amazing. It was a really thick and tasty cake and super rich. I'd like to go backwhen it's less busy.
