This is a cider bar amped up another level. You immediately feel relaxed and mellowed out when you walk in. The music is on... point and it looks like you walked into a temple. Tremendous artwork around the interior and the bathroom sink is the coolestsink I?ve ever seen. They have all types of ciders from around the country, along with other spirits. Wonderfulllllllll. Wow. The owner was our bar waitress. She was so friendly and educated us on the coolest facts about cider!... Cider flight was just perfect - so fun exploring new flavors and notes from different regions. But also the decor ? WOW.Gorgeous interior!!! We absolutely loved Anoche! Of all of the places we had a drink while in Portland, this was my favorite. It was so nice to have... a large selection of ciders and the whole place gave an awesome vibe. We were leaving Oxbow and decided to check out Anoche because it looked like a cool spot. It didn't disappoint! It was pretty... quiet for a Thursday night, so we got our pick of one of the the many seats they had inside at the bar or at tables. Thebartender was really chill and helpful, describing the different options on the menu and helping us narrow in on a cocktail.They have tons of cider, but the gin and tonic I ordered was so, so good! It was mild and really smooth, with a light cucumberflavor. We would definitely come here again! Read more
