Hi they will let you stand on the counter for 30 minutes like if you ain't there then you call to finally get your oder in but... then they will tell you only online or walk in lol but they don't even take your order the food would be done and they will letit set while your inside waiting for it another thing there super unorganized if you try to complain to the manager witch she'sthe one running it she will be rude to you and act she don't care about it it's frustrating to see people work there jobs likethat and the rest busting it and more when you paying some one to make your food right it's just Tiring tho you guys fixed it Read more

I come here pretty often and the service is usually OK, unfortunately for today it was a different experience. I had ordered... thighs online and was waiting for a hot minute already and then they tell me that they ran out of the thighs, so I asked if Ican just exchange them for wings and they flat out told me NO. They said that I will be refunded in 2-3 Business days. I askedif I can just get the refund in cash, and they said they don't do that. I then asked that if I was to order again will my waittime be even longer? They said that their wait time was 45 min - 1 hour. I was already waiting for my food for 30 minutes beforethey even told me that they didn't have the thighs and they practically told me that I had to go in the back of the line. It wassuch a horrible experience and unacceptable. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience and it was so disappointing. I washere around 10:30 PM on 10/24/21. The people working used to be understanding and compassionate. WHAT HAPPENED?? I hope I endup getting my refund, I will not be returning to this location. Read more
