So I wanted a dragon passion fruit drink and they were out of the fruit. So I asked if they could substitute for strawberries .... girl charged the xtra for 3 tiny pieces of????. This is my 3rd trip to this location every time I have waited in line for over 27 minutes And when you get to the window the... food is cold Why is it not ready if you have waited almost 30 minutes in line?? The employees at this establishment are rude and don't know what their drinks are called. I changed my drink order because they... absolutely had no idea what they are doing. Then I received my drink and it just tasted like really sweet cream no espresso atall. I have had it with rude people at Starbucks. Read more
